The chopping and mixing machine is a key equipment in the meat product production process. It can not only finely chop main raw materials such as meat, minced meat, fat, etc., but also stir other raw materials such as water, ice chips, seasonings, accessories, fillers, and minced meat into a uniform emulsion. The chopping knife is made of organic materials and processed with special technology. The chopping knife shaft is made of the same material and is vacuum conditioned, which increases the strength and surface hardness of the shaft and prolongs its service life.
The chopping pot is made of cast stainless steel and has an anti-overflow rim to prevent leakage and spillage. The chopping pot has two speeds and can be matched with the chopping knife at any speed. The chopping and mixing time is short and the temperature rise of the material is small. Equipped with a discharging device, discharging materials is convenient and clean. The electrical components adopt a waterproof design, with good sealing performance and easy cleaning.
